Operator and scope

These terms cover the Murmur website, its demonstrations and its current account service, operated by the individual identified below in Ecuador under the Eunoia and Murmur brands. They do not describe Eunoia or Murmur as an incorporated company.

The current website provides product information, sample demonstrations and account access. Checkout, paid subscriptions, authorized downloads and desktop activation are not connected yet. Creating an account creates no obligation to purchase and makes no promise about an unannounced commercial offer.

Account use

Use accurate account information, protect your login and report suspected unauthorized access. You must be authorized to use the service and able to enter the relevant agreement under applicable law. Do not share another person's identity or use the account to impersonate someone else.

Google sign-in is optional; email/password access remains available. A Google sign-in authenticates a Murmur account and does not grant a subscription or desktop license. Account sessions, privacy requests and deletion are described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, steal credentials, circumvent security controls, deliberately disrupt the service, distribute malware or use the website unlawfully. Avoid sending patient information, confidential call content or internal company documents through support.

Use during interpreting work must comply with your employer's/client's authorization, confidentiality requirements and applicable law. These terms do not give permission to capture or process a conversation that you are not authorized to handle.

Demonstrations and interpreting assistance

Website demonstrations use fictional material and a limited sample dictionary. Their output is illustrative, not an actual interpreting session or a guarantee of recognition, translation or dictionary accuracy.

Murmur is assistance for professional judgment. Verify important wording, names, numbers and context. Software output does not replace the interpreter or constitute independent medical or legal advice. Local-processing features do not certify every use as HIPAA compliant.

Software, branding and third-party rights

The website and Murmur branding are protected by the rights that apply to them. Third-party names, libraries, dictionary materials and models retain their respective rights and license terms. These terms do not remove permissions granted by an applicable open-source or third-party license.

Any future paid offer, desktop license, device allowance, download entitlement, renewal or refund conditions must be presented separately before the relevant commitment. Registering on the current website does not accept commercial conditions that have not been offered.

Availability and account restrictions

The website and its providers can experience maintenance, interruptions or changes. We aim to keep access reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or suitability for every machine or workplace.

Access may be restricted to address unlawful use, abuse or a security risk. Where appropriate, the operator will explain the restriction and provide a contact for review. This website policy does not implement or change desktop licensing enforcement.

Mandatory rights and applicable law

The operator is based in Ecuador. These terms use Ecuadorian law, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply to you. They do not require you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived or impose a compulsory foreign forum.
